As an adult you have a major impact on you and your child’s decision not to use drugs. 

Drug abuse prevention starts with us as parents/leaders, learning how to talk with our children, friends, and neighbors about difficult topics. Some programs are offered by school, sports, and other support groups.

As a mentor you have a major impact on your love ones decision not to use tobacco, alcohol, and drugs.

• Prevention starts when you start talking and listening to your love ones.
• Help your loves one make good choices and good friends
• Mentor others different ways to say “No!”
